Influencing factors, differentiation and storage of mesh bag quality

The quality of the mesh bag is not only related to material selection, but also inseparable from the operation in the processing process. Therefore, in the production process, it is necessary to strictly control all links, and temperature is one of the key factors that cannot be ignored. It directly affects The quality of the mesh bag.
Temperature is a very important aspect affecting the processing of woven bags. If the temperature is too high, it will not only affect the effort and increase the processing cost, but also seriously affect the quality of the mesh bag forming process. Air injection observation at low pressure. Appropriate material temperature should make the sprayed material strong and powerful, without bubbles, curls, and continuous brightness.
Temperature control is an important factor that cannot be ignored in the production of woven bags. In normal production activities, we must strictly follow the operating standards and grasp the quality of woven bags at the source.

Mesh bag quality distinction and storage
Plain woven mesh bag, bag side, bottom stitching, generally adopts flat stitch method or chain lock method, the raw edge is folded into 2 folds, and the width of the folded edge is greater than or equal to 1.3cm. 1/3 of the inner and outer edge of the hem, no skipped stitches, floating stitches and backstitches. One piece of chain lock stitching, located inside the hem, no skipped stitches, floating stitches.
The warp-knitted mesh bag side and bottom are woven at the same time when weaving the bag, and the weaving side is cut by hot-melt knife cutting without loose edges. The bottom of the bag is single-woven or double-woven, and the width of the bag side is 2.3±1cm.
Detection method: Visual inspection under natural light, the width of the folded (bag) side is measured with a steel ruler of 0.1cm.
Color: There should be no obvious difference between the same batch of products.
Stain: No obvious pollution is allowed.
Bag side: no obvious irregular convex and concave.
String pockets: should be neat, with no obvious misalignment of intervals.
Broken weft and warp: Each mesh bag is allowed to have 2 non-adjacent ones, but it needs to be connected firmly.
Needle removal: not allowed.
When the mesh bag is transported, it should prevent pollution, friction, heat, and avoid rain and do not hang or scratch with sharp objects. During storage, keep the environment dry, clean, and in a warehouse away from heat sources. Not more than 18 months since leaving the factory.
